Supporting schools and institutions in university outcomes

We work with schools, colleges, and education providers on university preparation, including demanding courses at Oxford, Cambridge, and other leading UK universities. If you represent a school or college, here is how we tend to work with you and sit alongside what you already deliver.

Who we work with

We speak to heads of sixth form, careers and UCAS leads, and others who own university progression, Oxbridge and Russell Group pathways, and offer rates. That includes independent schools, sixth-form colleges, international schools aiming at UK universities, and organisations running enrichment or access programmes.

  • School and college leadership & heads of sixth form
  • Careers, UCAS, and university guidance teams
  • Programmes focused on widening participation or high-talent cohorts

What we bring to an institution

We combine mentoring from subject experts (including Oxford and Cambridge graduates), structured help with applications, and straight feedback on how ready a candidate is. We aim to back your standards, not replace them: we focus on what selective admissions actually ask for, within your curriculum and pastoral setup.

  1. 1

    Strategic alignment

We tie our work to what you want: stronger offers, a steady Oxbridge pipeline, or support for a named cohort.

  2. 2

    Rigorous academic support

Personal statements, admissions tests, and interviews are handled with subject-specific insight, in line with how admissions tutors actually assess candidates.

  3. 3

    Transparency and reporting

For cohort programmes we agree upfront what success looks like, what we will report on, and how we keep governors, parents, and staff informed.

Outcomes and evidence

We publish headline figures so parents and schools can see our results. In our 2025 cohort, 67% of students received an Oxford or Cambridge offer (112 of 167 applicants). The global baseline is about 15%. We can walk through how we count cohorts and what the numbers mean for your school in private.

On the ground with students

Where it helps, we run workshops, mentoring, and joint projects that push students towards university-level thinking. That covers applications and the depth selective universities expect in interview and written work. The gallery below shows the kind of mentor-supported settings we help schools build.

How we typically engage

Each school is different. Usually we start with a conversation about your context, cohorts, and goals, then a written proposal. That might cover assemblies, focused workshops, ongoing mentoring, or a mix. Fees and delivery are agreed in writing so both sides know what to expect.

  • First call with your leadership or the right leads (careers, sixth form, or academic oversight).
  • A short assessment of fit against your priorities and timeline.
  • Written follow-up and, if useful, a short proposal or pilot plan.
